design
I create designs for a variety of markets. Each thumbnail below leads to a different gallery.

textile design (18)
I enjoy coming up with repeat patterns because of the fantasy element and problem solving skills. Nothing has to make sense. If a cloud floating in front of a skyscraper window works for the design, I don't question it. Oddly enough, it has given me a chance to mix my illustration and design skills in such a way that has cleared the constraints in my mind about what illustration or design should be. -
halloween decorations (8)
If you visit my house during October, it becomes quite clear that Halloween is my favorite holiday. The Halloween tradition is so rich and full of great fantastic imagery. Who can resist the idea of anthropomorphic vegetables and bats and witches and cats? I'm inspired by vintage items and love designing paper decorations. I love Halloween so much that I sell these items just for fun in my Etsy shop. -
cd design (10)
Most of my work is created at my day job designing covers for independent musicians and filmmakers. Recently I estimated that I have created roughly over 3500 album designs in 11 years. Over the years I have learned to do CD designs in a wide variety of styles to satisfy each clients' needs. I have a lot of fun mixing things up every day, because each project brings with it a new challenge. More samples will be added as I gather permissions to display them. -
embroidery design (6)
I have fallen in love with embroidery the past couple of years and have a selection of embroidery patterns for sale via my Etsy shop (Another fun project I like to do in my "spare" time).
